Iron John Academy is a Tokyo-based community of men who are passionate about personal growth through developing hard and soft skills to improve their personal and professional lives.
What's the concept?
We believe that competence builds confidence, but sometimes it's not easy to get started. We create the space to learn new skills and also connect to growth-focused people.
What's the commitment?
We encourage you to only join the classes you're interested in. If you wish, we may send you announcements of future classes and workshops.
Is it free?
Attending classes is not free. The fee varies from class to class and depends on the coach and the venue. We will refund your fee if you feel like the class didn't teach you what it promised.

Where are you?
We are based in Tokyo and open to students who can commute to the venue. The classes are in-person and some are hands-on workshops, so joining online is not an option.
Is it for men only?
Yes. Our target audience identifies as male and faces the challenges of the modern man. We aim to teach skills that men traditionally learn from their fathers and grandfathers.
Who are the coaches?
The coaches are just people who excel at their skill and are happy to teach. Some of them are professional trainers, others are just sharing their passion.
Huarache Workshop
You will walk away from the workshop in self-crafted, unique, comfortable and light Huarache sandals that you can use for jogging or walking.
